"Latest Technology Trends in Restaurant Design"....and How It Relates to Residential Design (.01 CEU)
Presented by Kevin Falconer, Senior Director of Design for Brinker International,Inc.
Kevin Falconer joined the company in 1996, he served as Concept Architect for several brands including Corner Bakery, Maggiano's and On the Border before assuming the role of Director of Architecture and finally Senior Director of Design responsible for all brands. Prior to joining Brinker, Kevin was Senior Manager of Architectural Planning for Zale Corporation from 1989-1996 where he was responsible for managing the architectural work for over 300 new and remodeled jewelry stores per year. In addition to his work at Brinker and Zales, he has worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and several architecture firms. He is a registered architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Kevin serves on the City Council of Carrollton, TX (pop. 122,000) where he was elected in May, 2009. He currently serves on the non-profit boards of NGL Leadership in Dallas and Metrocrest Family Medical Clinic in Farmers Branch, TX. Kevin resides in Carrollton, TX with his wife of 28 years, Susan, and has three daughters and a son-in-law.
